1. Scope
This policy applies to the aisa.vn website and its sub-pages. It does not apply to third-party services that the website links to or embeds (for example Tally, Google, Cloudflare) — those services have their own privacy policies, referenced in section 4 below.
2. Information we collect
AISA collects information only when you provide it voluntarily, through the following channels:
- Contact form (About AISA page): the name, company, email, phone number, area of interest and message you enter. This form opens the email application on your device — the content is sent directly to AISA's mailbox, and the website does not store this data on a server.
- Compliance assessment survey (Compliance Assessment page): carried out through the Tally platform. The data you enter is processed by Tally and sent to AISA; storage follows Tally's privacy policy.
- AISA Assistant (chatbot): the messages you type in the chat window, together with the information you voluntarily provide when registering for an "expert consultation" in the chatbot, are processed in order to answer you. The information you fill in on the registration form is recorded in AISA's Google Sheet (via Google Apps Script) so that the AISA team can get back to you. For questions outside the built-in question set, the content of the question is sent to the Cloudflare Workers AI service operated by AISA to look up AISA documents and compose an answer.
We do not passively collect your personal data when you merely browse the website without filling in any form, apart from the standard technical records that the hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages) records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, for infrastructure operation and security purposes.
3. Purposes of use
- Respond to the consultation requests, demo bookings or questions you send.
- Provide results and suggestions related to the compliance assessment you complete.
- Improve the website's content and experience.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services used on the website
- Tally (tally.so) — the form platform used for the compliance assessment survey.
- Google Apps Script & Google Sheets — receive and store the information you fill in when registering for an expert consultation.
- Cloudflare Workers AI — looks up AISA documents and composes answers for chatbot questions not in the built-in question set.
- Google Fonts — loads the Be Vietnam Pro font; when fonts are loaded, your browser connects to Google's servers, where your IP address is recorded under Google's policy.
- Cloudflare Pages — the website hosting platform.
Each of the services above has its own independent privacy policy; we encourage you to read each service's policy.
5. Cookies & local storage (Local Storage)
The aisa.vn website uses browser local storage (not advertising tracking cookies) for the following purposes:
- Remember your consent to this policy — so the cookie notice is not shown again on every later visit once you have made a choice.
- Remember the light/dark theme you chose for your next visit.
- Remember the language you chose, so the site opens in that language next time (a language cookie).
Third-party services embedded on pages (Tally, Google) set their own cookies or storage under their own policies when you interact directly with that component (for example the Tally survey frame, or the AISA Assistant chat window).
You can delete local storage data at any time through your browser settings.
How do "Accept" and "Accept partially" differ?
When the cookie notice appears, you choose one of two options:
- Accept: agree to everything, including that what you exchange with the AISA Assistant (chatbot) is sent through an AI processing platform (Cloudflare) to receive an automatic reply. This is the choice you need if you want to use the full chatbot features on the website.
- Accept partially: agree only to the minimum functional storage the website needs to work normally (remembering the interface and remembering that you read the notice) — you do not agree to chat content being sent to a third-party AI processor. With this choice you can still view all the website content, take the compliance assessment through Tally and contact AISA through the form on the About AISA page or by email at contact@ai-iep.vn as usual — only the AI chatbot feature should be replaced by these direct contact channels.
You can change your choice at any time by deleting your browser's local storage data for aisa.vn — the cookie notice will reappear on the next visit.
6. Your rights
In keeping with the spirit of Decree 13/2023 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
- Ask to know what information about you AISA holds.
- Ask for that information to be corrected or deleted.
- Withdraw your consent to provide information at any time.
To exercise the rights above, please contact AISA by email at contact@ai-iep.vn.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated from time to time to reflect accurately how the website operates. The most recent update date is shown at the top of the page.
